Available Services

Instructional Support
Teachers, do you have a class assignment (paper, presentation, project) that needs the support of good resources?
The library staff can:
- Identify resources in print, in subscription databases, and on the Internet that best support your assignment.
- Design an online Canvas module or research guide for your subject so that students can find the best resources for research.
See sample research guides
- Provide suggestions for designing assignments that promote inquiry, teach information literacy, and best use the resources available at Regis Jesuit. Library staff can also instruct your class (either in the library or the classroom) about research methods (print or digital), citation, plagiarism, and Internet use.

One Library, Two Locations
Need something from the other division? Whether one item for your own reading or many items for a class assignment, most items will be made available in your division the same day by request.

The Regis Jesuit Libraries subscribe to a number of magazines that are available for your use, both in print and digital formats via Flipster. All staff and students are invited to relax in our sitting areas, or check out available magazines at any time.

Professional Library
Located in each division are materials that address diverse aspects of teaching, learning, classroom management, etc. that are curated by library staff.  We also have a large virtual professional library for teachers.  Check out the Professional Resources page on the library site.

Room Reservations
There are a number of rooms available for class use and available by reservation only. These rooms are reserved through each library. Please contact library staff to see if a room is available. Call, drop by, or email the boys library at or the girls library at

Poster / Banner making / Laminating

Both libraries can produce posters and banners for your classroom or special event.  The poster makers produce a 2-color banner from a MS Word file.  The Color Banner printer makes full color posters but requires a specific type formatting.  Talk to library staff before submitting your first request.
